At Pins & Aces, we want you to be 100% satisfied with your premium golf gear. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for items in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Prepaid Label

  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email to ensure your gear is tracked back to our warehouse.

• 3.
  Package Your Gear

  Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached, and securely tape the shipping label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
